Alan,

I just retrieved a new batch of citations, left my computer for 2 minutes, and then got this error when I tried to open the first record in the list by double clicking.

I got the problem report from William.

 

Can you give me any more details about what you were doing and how I can

reproduce the problem?

 

What were you doing when the problem occurred?

 

Does it happen on a particular input record, or is there something

different about the record that it happens on from other records?  Can

you give me record IDs for any of the records it happened on?

 

Is it a record that's already in the database, or one you are importing

from NLM but is not stored yet.

 

Are you attempting to enter or edit data in a particular field?

 

Does it happen when you press a particular key, e.g., the Enter key or a

Function key, or do something specific with the mouse?

 

It appears that the three screen images you captured have different

content as well as different error messages.  Do they occur one after

the other, i.e., image001.png appears, then you click OK, the screen

changes and image002.png appears, you click OK and then screen 3

appears?  Or are you able to do you do some work between the three

errors until you finally give up?  Do the error messages appear in that

order, image001, image002, and then image003?
